Play with Me QAL: Snakes and Ladders, game pieces (not really)

This is the LAST post of the QAL series (well, before I announce the winners in about two weeks)!!
It was an amazing journey for me and I am happy that many of you followed along!!

I already started designing and planning the QAL for 2017.
THANKS to all the people that submitted their opinions and suggestions in the survey I sent out few weeks ago! I received good feedback but I have to tell you that you are a hard crowd to please :)
When I asked which kind of project you would prefer for next year (Traditional, Modern or Whimsical) the answers split EQUALLY between the three!!! :) the 2017 QAL design will be very original (I hope) and it may be able to make everybody happy... more on this next month, so stay tuned and SUBSCRIBE for email update if you don't want to miss out future announcements!!

For today's post I just want to list all the game pieces posts we already collected and you can use any of those to make the Snakes and Ladders game pieces.

Remember that the pattern for the boards are shared for free via email to the people that completed and shared last month pattern.

If you didn't get the pattern you can buy the current month pattern from my shop.

I am adding the linky to every post so it's easy to find. It's the same linky in every page!

Until next week,
Happy Stitching!!

Remember: all the details about the series are collected in the QAL web page.

  1. Thank you so very much for all your efforts. I have loved making each game board (except the hexies!!!!!) and will now set about making a quilt with them for my sister for Christmas. Can't wait until your next BOM.

  2. I also enjoyed learning quilt piecing techniques with Alida's help. Unfortunately, I was unable to work on the snakes and ladders project.
Thanks for the great, easy to follow directions, Alida.
